Well agree, but that doesnt stop me from praying. Anyway weve had many cases in the past (non football) where the side with the least odds won and same with football.. the idea of hiring this dupont is crucial or atleast someone with a brain. I think we may have a decent appeal if things went into a european court. But in Italy.. its a lose-lose situation.

when juve appeal in tar and win the appeal moratti berlusconi will never allow this to happen because they know uefa will ban the figc from all european competions so moratti and berlusconi will do their favourite pastime of bribing the judge

I guess with this way they will be looking to destroy us indirectly no matter what. I mean lets say if we manage to promote, they may find another way or another to put us back down. If they really are that influential and italian system is that corrupt then we really need a new Moggi. but one who doesnt have "300" sim cards :D

it such a boring time any other year every juve fan would thinking about scudetto ucl but now every juve fan thinks about the appeal
True, I personally have forgotten about all that, infact anti depressants aint a bad thing if taken in moderation.

The more these appeals go on the more I end up becoming a pro Moggi.

who is italy top sports lawyer cant we hire him
Theres a fair chance that he is already rooting against us. I think we need to go foreign and although he wont know much about italian system, he should be a quick learner very talented and boasts a massive profile. I dont think a sports lawyer is too necessary just someone who knows how to wind people up will do. :D

isha00 this ucl ban will affect our finances so how can we cover these losses by not signing players
How can it affect more our finances? We won't play UCL anyway. It'll affect the finances of the other clubs.

when dopping trial happened we had moggi and giraudo and the agnelli family was alive their influence might helped
This is not true, we won the appeal last december, when the Agnelli were already dead. We won because we were innocent.

No, wait. This is true for the sportive courts. Tar is not a sportive court and Rossi has no links there (or shouldn't have). They are ordinary judges of a court that only exceptionally judges sportive cases.

After the humiliation against Arsenal, I think its only right that we spend a season without europe and make our squad solid as hell.. but to be honest I dont know exactly what the board is upto. I mean surely you can do two things at once. (Get players and appeal). It should affect things too much serie B or Serie A, theres lots of promising talent out there willing to play for Juve no matter what. I fear that if we do get serie A, we may end up quickly buying mercenaries again just to promote our chances of winning silverware again.. but with that comes the downfall, lack of performance and consistency in europe especially.

Well I think during them times we just didnt have enough enemies and not forgetting the FIGC were a little more neutral. Now with Rossi at the helm we had no chance. Your statement can be misinterpreted by a regular fan in thinking we were actually guilty of doping. But yeah I know what you mean.
