After the humiliation against Arsenal, I think its only right that we spend a season without europe and make our squad solid as hell.. but to be honest I dont know exactly what the board is upto. I mean surely you can do two things at once. (Get players and appeal). It should affect things too much serie B or Serie A, theres lots of promising talent out there willing to play for Juve no matter what. I fear that if we do get serie A, we may end up quickly buying mercenaries again just to promote our chances of winning silverware again.. but with that comes the downfall, lack of performance and consistency in europe especially.
why ru considering an isolated incident i think u have forgotten those games against real madrid and barca in2002/03

Well I think during them times we just didnt have enough enemies and not forgetting the FIGC were a little more neutral. Now with Rossi at the helm we had no chance. Your statement can be misinterpreted by a regular fan in thinking we were actually guilty of doping. But yeah I know what you mean.
r u joking everbody had become juve enemy because other italian clubs were doing in ucl were doing well in both sereia and ucl

Its not only this but also the season before (against liverpool). Now this may not mean much to you or anyone else, but heck it does to me. As I live in UK, the way we acted in these two seasons were embarrasing as hell, infact unforgettable. Of course Crapello was to blame for all this. Now that he has gone we should be able to build a decent squad now.. I think.

The real & barca match is way too far off to even think about infact we had a different team and to be honest we relied heavily down to a few players. I think its fair to say if we have a squad that doesnt rely too heavily on anyone.,. the ucl is ours.. (in a three seasons or more of course).

Yeah everyone was the enemy but not too many had the right idea of what to do and how to do it. They failed misrebly in the doping case, so installing someone like Guido in FIGC did it.

who cares whether he is motivated or not he has become so rich that he will fight the case for juve free of charge
Im sure he wont mind, but it would be embarrasing to see a non motivated moggi running the show. He does it best when he knows his the man. If you see his videos or photos now, he looks like a depressed man. He said it best when he said "they killed my soul".

moggi and giraudo had enough influence to prevent anything happens to juve

Hmm possibly. The decision of sacking them was all for credibility.. and it seems it got them nowhere.. Juve will always be called cheats and have been called that since the day we started winning trophies, so credibility doesnt mean much when you do it fairly anymore.. a moralistic world doesnt even exist.

We don't have anything to lose. It can't get worse than -17 B, two lost scudetti and obviously no European Cups. For *us*, at least. Who cares if Figc gets banned from the cups for a while. It would only mean that Inter&co will have to give up the CL money. Not a big problem to me.

The real mess, for FIGC anyway, is postponing the Championships. It means paying damages to Tvs, Sponsors and so on.
And deciding not to postpone them could lead to having Juve winning an appeal and you can figure the rest out: Juve sueing Figc and asking damages, the club in A instead of Juve not wanting to return to B, the clubs that lost to Juve in B appealing, some clubs appealing cause their fate would have been different if Juve had been in A from the beginning... Plus you can't switch the Series of 2 clubs during the season...
Exactly. I still see us getting both scudi (certainly 2005/6) and A back---and a season playoff of some sort between the bottom 6 (say) teams in A and the top 6 (say) in B to determine relegation/promotion.

here's a crazy thought (and someone please correct me if my info is wrong)..

if Juve goes to TAR ( win or lose), then all Italian teams are out of European championships ??

I have a feeling you may see , rather quickly, the FIGC meeting again with Juve to reinstate them to Serie A with a points penalty, without going to TAR

I think Moratti/Rossi will have to buckle under the circumstances, and also add the pressure they will feel from good 'ol Silvio....this can work in our favor
