i agree that we need to continue fighting and take to the highest appeal we could, forget abt delaying anything....screw them,they r against us and we should take them on.
I dont think we have any chances of going back to serie A even if we took it to the european courts. As Moratti's fingers reach there, just look how the uefa referees thing was just dissolved and everybody forgot abt it.

Yes, Moggi cheated. Yes the club deserves punishment, but the punishment is too severe in the face of Milan and the other team's penalties. Think of the millions of Juve fans who has been screwed in a monumental fashion! Think of the Juve players and coaches who did nothing wrong. THEY are being indirectly punished.

So what penalty do I think Juventus deserve? Serie A with -10 points, an extreme fine in the order of say 50 million Euro and our Scudetti back. THAT would be fair.
