We can also appeal to the Consiglio di Stato before the European Court.

A bit complicated:
FIGC is one of the federations of CONI. The head of CONI is Petrucci, the man who named Rossi. But Coni is under the supervision of the government, that gives them the much needed funds.
Italy has a left sided government and Rossi is known to be a commun.. cough... let's say he has many friends there.

communists...fucking communists !!!!:ferocious :ferocious

doesnt surprise me that they are involved with this

I am sorry, but if Berlusconi was still in charge, Juve would NOT be in B...he already said as much

this is all that piece of shit Moratti, and his butt-ranger lover commie bastard Rossi

we must see this through to the end...and who gives a flying fuck if Serie A is delayed until this is all sorted out ??

I dont...I'll survive by watching the EPL

C'mon Vinman, Moratti would have to be the world's first oil billionaire communist. I don't buy that it's down to left v. right. Juve was punished for its wrongdoing, this shit did not just get pulled out of the air. We should be in B, however we should be joined by Lazio, Fiorentina, Milan, and Reggina.

whatever way you slice it, Guido Rossi is the man keeping Juventus in the second division...

and the man pulling his strings is a certain scumbag named Moratti

and Rossi is a commie, and that just adds salt to my wounds !!!:ferocious :ferocious

i agree that we need to continue fighting and take to the highest appeal we could, forget abt delaying anything....screw them, they r against us and we should take them on.
I dont think we have any chances of going back to serie A even if we took it to the european courts. As Moratti's fingers reach there, just look how the uefa referees thing was just dissolved and everybody forgot abt it.
Also the uefa dont want to the bad ones, they dont want to the ones who bring juve back to serie A, they already had some bad advertising with the Milan thing. Lets hope we get the loophole.

Before yesterday's verdict I was optimistic we could achieve justice. And frankly, this is not over yet. A bleeding soap opera it indeed is, but for our pride we need to take this unfair judgement to all the bodies neccesary.

Yes, Moggi cheated. Yes the club deserves punishment, but the punishment is too severe in the face of Milan and the other team's penalties. Think of the millions of Juve fans who has been screwed in a monumental fashion! Think of the Juve players and coaches who did nothing wrong. THEY are being indirectly punished.

So what penalty do I think Juventus deserve? Serie A with -10 points, an extreme fine in the order of say 50 million Euro and our Scudetti back. THAT would be fair.

The current situation for Juventus is simply a big farce...

Thers is no way that juve can stay in A

as long as the juve administration have said before and admit it by saying
(we accept serie B)
no matter who is the court or the attorney will be !
The first and most critical mistake we made was when our attourney conceded to Serie B. However, if I am not mistaken, we have since then changed that stance and now we demand Serie A.

The administrator did what they did because they're are either incompetent or needed to make money for IFIL by selling our players.

What I know it's that the president of the sportive court himself said there were no illicit behaviours, that what other clubs did was worse and that the trials were a complete joke.

Not Moratti, but Rossi had his own (left sided) party some years ago.

(And where were the wrongdoings? Even the sportive court admitted they haven't found anything)

The documents of the verdicts were stolen from the FIGC's offices. The dynamics tell that it was someone who works there who did it.

The question is: why? There is who thinks that what was made known differed from what was written there.

I don't want to illude you, anyway here's a Nesti's (He is a journalist who also posts his news on j1897) rumor:

"se il Tar darà ragione alla società bianconera, la stessa chiederà alla FIGC qualcosa come 500 milioni di Euro di danni, e cioè 1000 miliardi di vecchie lire!"
If Juve will win the Tar appeal, they'll (we) demand Figc 500 millions euro for the damages.

It would be wonderful, wouldn't it? :D

(But, even if we'll win the appeal, I strongly doubt our managment will do anything like this. It just isn't like them :disagree: )
