were did you get that from ???
read back a few pages

yeah but i dont want SA with -30 , IMO its much worse than SB -17
i hope it wont end up like that

if what I think (hope !!) happens, then the pressure will get to Rossi to end this nonsense, and give us a penalty that is near or equal to that of Fiorentina

it wont be 30 points...it will be less

They are 2 separate legal questions...

Moggi asked to be given a quick trial (in days), and was rejected.

TAR (thus far) appears to be willing to hear our case and Moggi's--but only ours is to be expedited, d/t the nearness of the season

Okay thanks amico mio, but then I guess its only common sense for them to "expedite" our case as it affects the whole of italy, whilst moggi is rather but a personal matter to a certain extent. I think the word "appeal and rejected" shouldnt go together with expedite othewise it just confuses matters. :)

The Juventini are very hopeful (including the "official" ones)

Rossi and others are beginning to scramble a bit, which is certainly a good sign.

I, personally, am hopeful, because TAR is an all or nothing thing: either they accept our relegation/scudetto stripping* or they don't and they send it back. Rossi&Co then either have to start over, risking another slap in the face by TAR, or they a) forget the whole thing (unlikely) or b) compromise.

If TAR throws it back, be prepared for a mad scramble by R&Co (or equivalent) to reach a "compromise"...which will certainly mean A (minus 10 or so) and both scudi's.

*this is the hinge of the entire appeal. If they hadn't stripped 2005/6, it is entirely possible that Juve might have accepted A - a few (or even possibly B), but 2005/6 has absolutely nothing to do with this case--TAR has to realize this; heck, even Rossi&Co. must realize it.
