Fallout has never been a game that relied on amazing graphics, however the visuals it provided have been quite nice, desolate.

Play some of the newer games and you'll see why. Although as it's already been said both the Fallout and ES series aren't known for having the best graphics around so i don't really mind.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is the character model, especially on the main charater, it just looks like a remastered version of the old ones. I expected at least better looking faces (Although i will put this thought on hold until i see more footage).

To give you a better idea, Windows 10 will come with DX12 and the talk is that Fallout 4's engine runs dx9. But again, Fallout doesn't need mind blowing graphics, it's got style.

people don't know shit, we've got 1 trailer. and how exactly does it look like dx9, care to point out? the only reason it would be DX9 if it were being released on 360 & PS3, which it's confirmed isn't.

i dont care about graphics.

draw distance, enemy a.i, quests, dialogue, companions, animation, sound

these are much more imporant in a rpg than graphics. a game with better a.i and smoother animation and low loading times > superior graphics

Ohhhh man. I love that you can actually build settlements now, modify weapons and armour. The world looks great and it seems the possibilities are endless.
