Mirko? Because we suck without him, much, much, much more than we do with him in the team and has played almost every match when he was fit.
And as I said above, I don't see us selling Giovinco after one season, nor do I think we should sell him first from our bunch of forwards.
All depends on who comes in this mercato. I don't believe Mirko would be considered untouchable if we were to get an Ibra or Suarez. I don't see us selling either Mirko or Gio myself, my point is, that they haven't done anything to be considered untouchable over Quag and Matri. That being said, I don't see a mass striker exodus at the club, and I can infact see all of them stay, if we ended up with someone like a Nani for example. If its striker for striker, then depends on the level of striker coming in. If its Suarez, I can't see either Gio or Vucinic accepting a bench role at the club, especially since they have a market for themselves. It's going to be interesting.
That's what I said. They're unlikely to go coz of Conte, but they've not done anything to be considered untouchable over the other two. It really depends on who's coming in.
Giovinco has been injured and before he got those 2 bad injuries(before the Inter game) he was playing almost all the time.
Gio will be around because he's young, Conte likes him and he will get more than 1 season but above all he's very versatile and has a spot in any formation whether its 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 4-3-1-2 or 3-5-2.
Let's see about that. I personally think Gio has failed to live up to expectations. It may well be because of the formation, but despite the opportunities he hasn't been able to adapt. Also, I'm not against him staying here if we play a 433 for example. But Mirko at his age has not only proved to be better, he's also proved to be more effective despite not having Gio's pace. Hes also physically more adapted to Contes style unlike Gio. And even if Gio stays because of his age or whatever else you put it down to, I hope it's not as a starter because he isn't the level of player who should be starting for us.
