The thing is he tries shots from impossible positions at times where if he had just waited a fraction of a second he could have put a team-mate through on goal.

It happens more to those strikers who are going through a confident phase. Largely I think Quag isn't a selfish player. I'm not saying this as a fan, more as an observer of all our strikers.

If Juve have to return to the top, then the entire forward line can be questioned. But under the current scenario where Marrotta claims the top player is a utopia, then I'm more than happy to have lethal players like Quag in the roster. May not have a reputation as a world class player, but he is more than capable of doing his job. Amd quite frankly, seeing Juve over the last season and a half, that really is all that matters.
