Its not about greatness brah. It's about recognizing ability. The man is an able striker, and you cannot but be scoffed at, when you talk about scoring a goal every ten games. You dislike a player, that is perfectly acceptable. You don't like his face, that's acceptable too. You don't like his game, that's absolutely fine. But to say he scores one goal in ten games or three in fifteen. You are making a statement that is NOT a fact. It is here that @Tommy, @Goodfella, @Interdestroyer, @bonBon, @OZbianconero88, ask you to take your blinkers off, and for a minute, objectively evaluate the player and his contribution. And if he is doing his job on the pitch, which you absolutely cannot debate, then you have to give the devil his due, no matter how biased you are in your disregard for the player.

That's the sad part. Everyone forgot how they thought he was the greatest thing since sliced bread, when he was killing in in his first season here pre-injury. I don't think anyone from that time to now, has been able to have such a presence in attack. Last year, even when he was injured and wasnt playing, he immediately was the weakest link and everyone wanted him sold because he was considered shit. Without him even playing for the team. And notice how we're making a big deal about him staying as our 3rd/4th striker or not. Usually losing a bench player like that shouldn't be a big deal.
