Expected. Too many mistakes in short span of time. His decisions lost us dozens of millions. Good errand boy but never should have been put in charge of entire transfer campaign.
completely agreed on the last sentence, he's not up to the task of handling a top club's mercato on his own. but to be fair to tici, it's not only his fault. and the other responsible was already shown the door, so it's only right to make an other change.

our wage bill is simply unsustainable.

For good or bad, Paratici was essentially a regular social media Juve fan in regards to his signings. While Marotta liked the more boring and not very sexy type of signings, Paratici loved the flashy ones. In a way, with Paratici we were always linked with the popular players that every fan wish their team could have. If we get somebody like Beppe in the future a lot of people will wish Paratici never left.

Wat
Guys like Hakimi and Eriksen are the definition of flashy signings and for a Conte team nonetheless. And if not for Conte, guy would have bought flavour of the month Tonali as well.
And I don't know what boring signings you are talking about but our revenues sort of deprived Beppe from making 'flashy signings' in the past or whatever you are on about.
Just because he dint agree to buying 33 yr old Ronaldo after already having messed up by signing Higuain for €90M, that doesn't mean he is incapable of recruiting big players.
Really bad take no offense.

Personally, I always wondered how much of a Marotta signing Higuain actually was.

Maybe, but who cares what fans want? I certainly don't. Fans (any team) want the best players in fantasy land where money doesn't matter.

It's hard to judge how Cherubini will be, he is only working with youth recruitment. Maybe we'll see Juve continue to go after more U23 players rather than prestige signing or freebies. You can't really knock a freebie as long as they are a good squad player at least.
