I'm not a market expert so I don't know who is available, but if we don't sign a 'champion' SS then we could use one on the LW/LF position. If we had wide options of:
*champion*, Krasic, Pasquato, De Silvestro for '4-2-4' setup, plus Pepe, Ziegler (backup), Marchisio (backup) and De Ceglie (backup) for a more orthodox 4-4-2 then that's enough. But we'll probably end up selling Martinez (ok), loaning out De Silvestro and Pasquato and end up like this:
