You own a restaurant (Agnelli). You have a quality manager who makes questionable decisions at times (Magotta). Your restaurant is performing well, but you fire your manager and chef (Allegri - his style is too pragmatic, and even though the food is delicious, it's too boring).
You hire the sheesha boy to take over the management position (Tootsie), and promote the lady working the cash register (Bozo) to higher management. You then proceed to hire a mediocre chef who occasionally comes up with great dishes (Chain Smoking Canceh). After a year on the job, in which the restaurant does relatively well, but still performs below expectations, you still retain the sheesha boy and cash register lady, but fire your chef and bring in a recent graduate from the Dusit School of Culinary Arts (Pirlo) to take over your kitchen.
