I doubt he’s changing nationalities anytime soon. So he’ll meet Agnelli’s job requirements well beyond his current deal

After watching the game vs Chivas… If he wants to fight for his place he should cut his vacations and take the next flight to US… Fagioli and Rovella are business

He's very young, talented and will profit immensely from being kept in the pros and fighting with Fagioli for a place as backup LCM (considering Pogba will be mostly out).

I'd keep him, at least for the first semester. Do not ship away to shitty teams.

Out of all the youngsters i definitely think miretti is the most talented and seems like hes more matured than everyone at his age..

But.. One thing that bothers me so much is.. how can barca produced so many exciting talents from their academy, while we get excited from having a talent like miretti whos not even close to gavi's talent..

So paella is better than risotto ? I think saffron is the difference maker, we need to add more gold to Italian kids meal. Or the raisin ? so kid dont forget to eat your raisin so you can be a rising star

and for our coach, they need players to become 28 first to get a hold for first team. In Spain or Germany if you are great at 17 you can play, slap the captain armband too if you are really fucking good

They invest heavily in and value their academy for years, we're just now starting to do this (maybe?).

Juve football philosophy is as dinosaurs era as Allegri's and the overall calcio mentality are. That's the difference...

La Liga has been playing with B teams for ages now. We've recently started as the only Italian team. Youth development costs time.

Barcelona also have a philosophy for producing players, we do not, but it's true that starting from a few years ago you cannot replicate what has taken Barcelona 50 years to achieve with La Masia and their B team.
