For the last time, for the last time for god's sake. Stop pretending you know things when some of you have absolutely no idea.

Stop saying we had to sell Cannavaro, we never had to sell Cannavaro, he wanted to leave, how is that hard for some of you to get is beyond me. The man himself admitted that he left because he wouldn't stay in B and because he wanted to win CL the trophy he still hasn't won.

Stop stating things out of no where. It's really ridiculous and funny, the man says I left Juventus because of this and this then someone like reggaboy insists that it was the Clubs decision. Get real seriously.

What happened before has happened anyway, still I think taking him back is a mistake.

watever man...Canna's return is good for the club and its youngsters BOTTOMLINE

:spliff: :spliff :faq2:
I can't understand some of you when saying the young will learn from him. It's like he is going to give them extra lessons after training and stuff ffs.

He might have said, what he said to defend our board,
or just because he wanted to keep everyone happy!

I think in time we will discover more on that by his big mouth and reactions and comments during the season.

Although i believe that the argument of him teaching Mellberg and Legro how to defend is over-abused. I believe that this is the coaches job and his dedicated assistants and we already have a very exp defender right there.

However, i m pleased that Gigli has kept Ariaudo around, just because he believes that he will learn from Canna. That also shows that our board respects Canna, not only as a professional football player, but as a good "guider", which also means, that they believe in his integrity....
They know more than us and they might have a reason to believe that, based on Canna's behavior then (And now) But who can trust their judgment on that?
(or any other matter...)

He could have stayed during serie B if he REALLY wanted......as all of the Old Guard did.

The offer was made, both PLAYER and board agreed and he left. Is not that they put a gun in his head asking for him to leave turin.

He is back now, lets pray he delivers ofr the sake of the team, and not himself.

first of all cannavaro cant be considered "old guard" as he only spent 2 years with us and not 6+ like the rest.
the board made a good decision to sell him as they got the needed money, and its not like canna was publicly pursuing a transfer like trez and camo but who were forced to stay in the end so i dont think its fair to dish canna while praise the others who were requestin a transfer

second: of course the youngster will learn smth from him,he is one of the best defenders of the last decade, saying that ppl dont learn from training and playin with world class players like canna, kaka, del piero, xavi, messi etc is very ignorant and certainly lacks an understanding of what football is all about. one can improve by hard work and training and gettin inspired and learning from others

Well Said :agree:

I don't want to childishly measure levels of devotion but I was very offended as a fan when players bailed on us. I know some were worse than others (Ibra refusing to go to the summer camp) but in the end, quite a few refused to take paycuts and play Serie B whereas others like Gigi (who could have netted more for the club if sold than Cannamerda) voluntarily took a massive pay decrease allowing Juventus to retain them.

one of the ultra groups said that they will continue to protest against him in games with chanting and banners
that's not right...I find it hard to accept this guy back in the team, but he is part of the team...publicly berating any Juve players is a sin IMO

Have to agree, not many of us really liked him coming back, but now he is... How would it look if our fans would just boo players in a Juve shirt? We support the team, he's now part of it, so be it. Let's just hope he proves a useful addition in our defensive organization, which I think he will be. forza Juve!
