Hi guys, Im new to the forum.
cannavaro should only be signed if knezevics loan is not renewed, and another, younger centreback is signed
Knezevic if I recall isn't on loan, we might be getting criscito back but as a left back I think. So cannavaro might be our only CB signing this season, but since hes free hes welcome here. It would only mean more cash for us to spend lets say on a good RB..

Hmmm... how did this post from 2004 sneak its way to the last page in this thread?
Who would you prefer melberg barzagli or leggro? I would choose leggro personally but I know many people would go for barza, and I got to admit hes been doing very well at wolsburg...

I thought your post made perfect sense.

The thing is that a lot of people don't even want to understand. They just wanna make fun of you so they can feel better about their own shitty lives. And god forbid if you made a grammatical error or a typo or if your english or articulation isn't perfect! That won't be forgiven.

BTW, great avatar  I love his work too
But i dont wanna judge anybody, just saying if u think im wrong, thats were we should start talking so if u know something more than me u can prove me wrong.even if someone is absolutely wrong its not nice to make fun of him/her.
Anyway never mind, lets not make big deal about it,

Thanks

You probably mean Sissoko or Tiago or Poulsen mate, not Chiellini....
Well...not really,

my point was about lacking playmaking skills in our defence.
I mean like times the opponent not letting u advance in their side,a defender with goad passing skill can be a key factor.our defenders are not that kind and they give away the ball too easy.

I agree with YOU.

I was talking about those fools who were laughing at your post.

Come to think of it, I think the Board may be using Illuminati tactics. that is, they are creating disasters so that we, the fans will become so desperate that we will settle and even beg for solutions such as Cannavaro and Quagliarella.

MAURO CAMORANESI said:

Translated:

Three years ago, some players went to teams was important because at stake their careers. Fabio is one of those, and for this reason, I welcome his return
After Buffon and Chiellini, also Camoranesi doesn't make any problems of his return.

Look at what we were working with today; as much as many people hate Canna, he's a proven Champion and definitely an improvement over 4/5ths of our current CB lot.

I'm not surprised Camo is on board... these guys are sick of the teams poor performances, and looking to improve now. He's free, and given the number of apparent holes on this squad, we're going to need several top class (Read:3 or 4 expensive) acquisitions to truly be competitive.

Edit: For the record, I'm not saying that Canna is a top class acquisition; as a fan of the Azzurri, the idea of him starting for La Nazionale at the WC is extremely troubling. I'm just saying, free, experienced, and our defense is a joke. Naturally, I don't want him starting for us either, but he could be useful as a squad player.

Oh, and yes I am aware that if he comes here, in all likelihood he'll be a starter.

He's having a pretty good season, not only a good day. Kind of ruined it against Liverpool but in the Liga he has been very consistant.
Others here say he's been a disaster this season. I didn't watch more than 4-5 Real matches in La Liga this year so i can't judge, but now i don't know who to trust

If I say "Trust me" it won't be enough to convince you, will it?

He has been a fix starter under both Schuster and Ramos, he has the stats on his side, too (something like 0,8 goals conceeded per match when he has played versus 1,7 goals conceeded when he has not played). I have seen almost all of Madrid's game and he has been very solid. I don't think you will find a Real fan with a bit of a brain who will tell you that he has been a disaster. ;)

Three people here said that he was a disaster this year. But one hates Real, the other hates Cannavaro and the third guy is Somali, so what does he know.
I think i'll go with your opinion :D

I could collect a few comments from Real fans for you but I'm too lazy so I only have one for you from a Juve fan in a Real forum. Sums it up pretty nicely.

"So... without this Canna back to Juve thing being official in any way... I look at the last couple of pages of this thread and I find it hard to believe that the notoriously hard to please Real Madrid crowd aren't really upset with Cannavaro's play this season?
...which I had been led to believe by others telling me how bad and error prone he now is ."

I don't take this season as a consistent one for Cannavaro inasmuch he's had ups and downs way too much this season. Real do suck at defense and Cannavaro is a part of it. He's got lots of problems dealing with fast forwards (i.e. Aguero) which is normal considering his age.
