Unlucky game for Bosnia. 2 headers off the bar and a shot against the post. I think we deserved a goal here. 2-1 would have been a fair result. The start of the first half was terrible, no normal passing, nervous shots, quick long balls etc.

In the last minutes of the 1st half we woke up, creating a few decent chances. 2nd half was a lot better, there was more movement and we started to play our own game. The introduction of Pjanic and Muslimovic even gave us the upper hand. In the last 10 minutes of the game I really felt like we could score and I literally jumped for joy when Dzeko hit that header towards goal, cause I thought it was going in. What a fucking feeling that was when I realised it had hit the bar and Muslimovic hit the post in the rebound.

Misimovic was a ghost in this match. Our main man clearly couldn't stand the pressure and was rightfully subbed out. He really should step up wednesday. Pjanic and Muslimovic have to start next game.

All in all, not a terrible result, but I'm afraid we have no chance next game. Spahic, Rahimic and Muratovic are all suspended. Without them we have no defence. Portugal will surely score, and I doubt we can score 3.

Who am I to question Trapattoni but I thought we were overly defensive. I mean, we've been defensive since he took over and it has worked but tonight was ridiculous. It was 4-6-0 most of the time.

When Leon Best was brought on (presumably to try and score!) the last instruction ho got from Liam Brady before entering the pitcth was "be sure to help out the midfield".

We wasted an oppurtunity tonight. France were there for the taking if we had the balls to do it. I think we're fucked now. I can't see us winning in Paris.

I thought Anelka was brilliant tonight though. Best I've ever seen him play.

We had our chances, we even had better chances than them, but we played to safe and too caoutius. When we conceded goal we tried to attack and showed that we are able to score, but in second half instead of to continue attacking we again went back. It was obvius that ever our player tried to play safe without any chance of risking loosing the ball. Muratovic and Rahimic are replacable, especiall the first one, but Spahic's absence will definitly cost us, he's our best defender and our defense suck.

Oh and yeah, Portugal is bunch of diving faggots, I knew that they are divers, but still didn't know in this measure. I mean they were all over the floor and still they played much dirtier. But hey we hardly saw our players complaining to ref unlike Portugese. And the worst thing is that refferee fall on their tricks. He didn't cost us but made too many mistakes in Portugal favour.

Portugal's Achilles heel is that they can amass a lot of possession and yet never do anything threatening with it. Bosnia does not go home with a hard loss here. This result is still something of a toss-up.

Of course, the irony is that all the Cristiano Ronaldo fanboys are talking about how badly he's missed, when the guy was a lame duck throughout the entire qualifiers and didn't score a single goal. Someone else said it, but Portugal plays better without him.

That said, Bosnia needs to find a way to tie up Liedson in the box and force Portugal to take shots from its perimeter. If they do that, I think they have a pretty decent shot at going through.
