Honestly I thought I thought that was a decent performance, particularly the second half. It wasn't an attacking display or entertaining but it was an effective tactical performance that we did a lot of under Allegri in his first spell.

Sporting were pretty poor, they only created one big chance in the second half which their CB fired well over. Their goal was from a number of basic mistakes.

We are now top-favorit to win the euro league and don't forget where Sevilla stand at primera division, man united was really bad tonight, that defending was a clown show

We looked in control for the majority of the game. Far from a good performance but we at least showed heart and concentration.

Our attacking output is really a cause for concern. That’s now 6 goals in the last 7 games. None of our attacking players seem to be on anything that resembles form. We have to improve urgently in the final third

This is how we would play against Real Madrid or Man City, teams with sick attack play but not Sporting. We can't just invite teams to attack because eventually, someone will take their chances and we look like we can't do shit when we attack.

We just spent 15 minutes kicking the ball out of play on purpose ffs


If this is your "strategy" eventually a team will be too much to handle and they will fucking humiliate us playing that deep
