Can't draw too many conclusions based on this match though. The opponents were rubbish and we all know Amauri shines against those teams. Will be interesting to see how well he does this season against real opponents though.

I think Lanzafame might be a surprise this season
I would like to see more of Pasquato as I think he has potential (I remember seeing him a season ago or two seasons ago don`t remember exactly)

This is our 1st match so I won`t judge now but Pepe didn`t impress me at all regarding to our wingers Pepe or not Pepe we need a great winger! one who can dribble and cross

I really don't think we need Dzeko. He would be an upgrade but I don't see the point in spending 30m on him when we have 5 forwards who can get the job done with good service. Krasic, a left back and a backup centre back should be our priorities.

I hope they do. So far Del Neri and Marotta have shown that they have a pretty good idea of which areas of the team need strengthening.
