If we buy another Chiellini next to our Chiellini then we don't fix much.

We need defenders capable of passing the ball.

Pique, Puyol, Terry, Ferdinand are not better than Chiellini defensively but man they can pass and help their midfielders some big time.

Our 4 defenders, expect both Sissoko and Melo to run 20km's each. They don't know when to push upfront, when not to, when to calm down the rhythm of the game etc... we need a lot of work.
But we didn't want to spend £0 on Marquez, who would have been a big asset, is a leader and can pass the ball. I happen to agree with everything your saying. Chiellini leads by example, but we need someone who can just lead.

I didn't mean buy another Chiellini. Buy a smart, passing CB. I agree we lack that at the moment but Chiellini is still essential to this team and getting rid of him would be a terrible move. His directing of the back 4 isn't amazing but his passing is really not that bad. He provides some decent run and he just scored a brace for us.
In his defence as well, players like Puyol, Pique, Terry and Ferdinand all play in very complete back four's with established capable players. Chiellini has virtually nothing to work with in comparison. Its not his job to teach them how to play football.
Maybe I exaggerated saying we should get rid of him if he doesn't improve, but one wonders what you have back there when you concede 6 goals in two games.

We are conceding more than Sampdoria, Genoa, Parma, Cagliari, Catania, one wonders if they have better defensive players than us or even a leader to organize them and act like an organized united team.

Psychology, pump up enough motivation and leadership skills into these players and they would lead themselfs, but then the opposite is true too that you cant teach a donkey to fly.

We will eventually get things sorted out. DN can't continue to shake the entire lineup though, he needs to keep things consistent so this team can grow.

He expected an easy ride which is why he gave the others match fitness, some would say thats foolish but really its quite understandble after samps game some players needed to be given a chance to show something unfortunately its a bit of a limbo whichever way you look at it.

Marquez isn't italian. Juve's philosophy says "Average Italian > Quality foreigner"

You know what I find really sad? We play at home and as soon as the game starts the visiting supporters are louder than the rest of the stadium. I understand there is little to be shouting about in this moment in time, but hell, we should at least try to have a home advantage. It's pathetic that you play in Turin and all you can hear are the opposing supporters cheering their team. During games, the supporters should be behind the team. Afterwards, they can criticise and stir shit up, but we need an atmosphere that intimidates the opposition not give them courage.

Last year this game would have ended 5-0 to Lech. This is a classic Del Neri team. Score a handful of goals & concede likewise. For those who continue to think we are a super team it's time to wake up. Enjoy this wild ride. Atleast we are entertaining.

It was surprising for me to hear you say we are entertaining. It's only entertaining for a non Juventus supporter. That was complete torture.
Champions League qualification > Europa League. That's why I didn't care for that late goal. At least we showed determination after going down 2-0 and came back for the lead. These things happen in football. And most recently they happen alot in Juventus.

I know. I even agree with you that we should focus more on getting a Champions League spot than advancing in Europa League. But it's still not good for the team to play such a shitty game.
