Saw it as a whole, but personally, Ive been craving for CL success for so long that i find it hard to mock Europa nowadays. Yeah it doesn't have the same level of prestige nor competition like the uefa cup did but it's still a European trophy and from a dick measuring level of biggest clubs in Europe etc it still adds some weight.

Looking at his goals,, he has scored 15 goals in 23 Europa League appearances and 15 in CL across 30 appearances.

But it was embarrassing as fuck that we were even in the EL that year in the first place, it’s like the Coppa Italia of Europe and we won it 3 times when it actually meant something as UEFA Cup and was arguably more difficult to win than European League which only had the domestic champions and none of the other top finishers. Now it means next to nothing, when the top 4 teams of each big league are playing CL.

Something like this season though, had we gone out in the group stage of CL, we should have be going all out on EL right now. We would have been the best team in the competition and the winner gets CL spot, so even if we fall out of top4 we would qualify. Also wed play the USC, so a chance for 2 european cups

I meant priritizing in the sense of saving players from fatigue, injury whenever possible.

Let me clarify a bit: I wouldn't sacrifice our 5 Scudetti for Sevilla's 5 ELs, I would sacrifice just one Scudetto for just one EL, given the choice.
