Naggelsman explained it even better after the game, which actually points towards a mistake in the interpretation of it, as it should have stood as a handball just like it did in every other match when the same thing occurred, as in the direction of the ball being towards goal and Cucurella’s hand basically translates in him extending his body to block the shot is all you need to call it, regardless of intention, voluntary or not.
