Good call by Fox analyst Landon D near end of match stating poor decision making by Rabiot not shooting that sitting duck goal at beginning of match and the pass across the Dutch goal to no where at the end. Though other than that I thought he played a decent match.

Mostly because the defending on both sides was top notch. It wasn't a Juve style boring match. Netherlands and France had attacking ideas, and they played fast football, but the way everyone defended - from defenders to wingers- was incredible.
As good as they were against Italy, I have a suspicion too that they aren't quite as complete as they looked. But I don't see a standout team really, and it's always pointless to crown someone after Round 1 or 2.
