Do people really not see the ploy to push 3 black players as the 3 English lions who brought the win home with the three last decisive penalties? Create a narrative for English racial and identity politics? BBC already had headlines ready about how [third world country immigration] = leaders that everybody should follow and how diversity leads to success. Culturally homogenous societies are losers and and diverse societies are winners - remember the heroes who brought the win after 55 years! If your country isn't overrun by paki child groomer gangs you're missing out.

Playing that card was an asymmetric risk to them. If they lost who cares just use those 50 racist insta comments to focus on how the players failed because of racism. Remember when it comes to social lecturing orchestrated by elites England is the America of Europe. Brainwashing, lying to their citizens and gaslighting 24/7. Since there is no language barrier American shit pours right on top of England. Half the people in med countries don't even speak English or know what social media is which is saving their lives.
I dont see a conspiracy or a ploy behind this, Sancho and Rashford could have converted a pen on most days without kicking a ball,. The Saka choice was really odd but starting him ahead of sancho in this tournament was also a risk. He believed in him, Southgate and their players wanted it you can tell, im suprised how resilient theyve been post losing in getting back up and coming out number of times with cliches such as ' win together, lose together. The adrenaline is still running through their veins, give it days and weeks before they realise their regret. Yesterday southgate said 'his stomachs been ripped out', the night before he was unmoved. Haha it'll hurt even more the longer they go without a trophy, hey, maybe they'll make another song out of it :D?

Whatever the case their pussy cheating football deserved a defeat and i'm glad it couldnt have happened in a better scenario. The racism also works out because like you said they would have sat on their high horse and looked down on the rest of europe when clearly theres plenty of holes and cracks in their own society from top to bottom, which have long have been ignored. Its sad for those who are at the receiving end of the racist attacks but these things really need to happen so that education for the next generation continues.

Dont personally like the idea of verifying the account, in days where the biggest companies are breached and data gets leaked, how can they ever protect data which is used to verify your identity, maybe they could use other ways.

He forgot the fans, as 99% are premtards it's inevitable. To be honest it's most of the journalists as well, i find BBC other than Rio, are generally OK with their coverage, the rest are faggots. I'd partially agree with the players as well, some of the players especially this tournament were less arrogant, if anything they were drilled to be humble by southgate, but that was self serviced humility as that's what kept them disciplined and fitted their patient cat and mouse style of play which can often form a key ingredient in winning tournaments like these.

Italy won at the right time, because they have a lot of question marks going forward. They've got some shortages in CB's(behind Chiellini and Bonucci who are old) and fullbacks going forward. Also no real top quality strikers. A lot is riding on Zaniolo recovering well from injury and Kean finding a team that he can grow with.
Just happy as hell that generational talents like Chiellini, Bonucci and my soft spot Verratti won smth with Azzurri. Other players are young(er) and will have other chances. Not that Verrratti is old yet, but still.

Definitely beats the English ass fountain.

He's not that taller than the trophy.
Dude could live in that trophy.

Stop critizing Southgate. He knows his team unlike british media hyping them. He is best english manager in last 54 years. With this mediocre team he punched above his weight. England made it to final.
Seven has some serious hate for the dude, only matched maybe by the hate he has for nice guys/Tifoso Lou.

A fraction of that deserved. Some of that misplaced.

He is the best that England has had in a long time. But that's a low bar overall.

edit: Oh I see they are getting good value out of that loss already

I'm a little surprised people really think Southgate would gamble the outcome of the first national title in 55 years, and the highlight of his professional career, to make a political statement about race.

Even if you think of Southgate as woke-as-feck -- of which I only see him adopting reluctantly after the convincing by his players -- that he would intentionally sell out his own instincts and will to win just to roll the dice for a woke crowd. A crowd who would either crucify him if they lost and celebrate multicultural England if they won. IMO, he would have far more to lose than to win with that sentiment.

If you believe that's what motivated Southgate's choices, you must have UFO aliens living in your toilets.

People and their conspiracy theories have no respect for Occam's Razor.

Are they including a rematch of the semifinal against Denmark?

This obviously makes no sense at all.

Especially not because Southgate refused to include those very same players during the rest of the tournament. He set them up to fail.

The royals are often patrons of various sporting associations.

William at the FA. Also at the Welsh rugby union, so whenever they play England he cheers for Wales.

Likewise Princess Anne is the patron of the Scotland team and supports them in games.
