lol at 2006 Italy being as "weak" as current Italy. ive been saying since Conte took over a year ago that they will win this but putting them on level with 2006 Italy is ridiculous

also, lol at people overrating Belgium. they wont even go past QF
I suppose you haven't been following football very much the last few years.

Current ranking of third-placed teams

Best third-placed team (and qualified for the World Cup): Hungary

Right now these four teams are going go be seeded in the play-off draw:
Ukraine, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sweden

While these four teams are going go be unseeded:
Denmark, Ireland, Turkey, Slovenia

Denmark will be seeded if either:
- Croatia beats Malta and Norway doesn't win against Italy
or
- Israel doesn't lose to Belgium and Bosnia and Herzegovina lose to Cyprus.

This is assuming Netherlands doesn't get the third place from Turkey.

In other words: Italy plssssssssss.

Italy probably had the best squad in the world in 2002 and 2006.

Comparing it to the filth they have now is really insane.
yeah, that team was so good and stacked, so much better compared to this. i dont think this Italy is filth though. theyre still good and among the best NTs, but that 2006 one was on another level completely

Dont kid yourselves, the favs are Germany and France.
Belgium will disappoint.

Untill we have a central midfielder that is a playmaker that controlls and dictates the game, we'll always disappoint.

This Belgium with Verratti and a coach. Germans would get fucking rekt.

I found Belgium to be extremely disappointing at the last World Cup, given all the talent in the squad. Will be very interesting to see how they fare next year.
First big tournament in years. A quarter final is not too shabby. Given the talent I was sort of expecting a semi-final.

I'd say France, Germany and Spain are the prime favourites for the tournament. I think Germany and Spain have the best squads in terms of individual quality, France may be a level below them in that regard, but home advantage puts them at a par with them in the coming Euro's.

I expect a controversal pk for holland, which sneijder will score. And a valid goal disallowed for turkye, so that Iceland will win 1-0 and holland will make play off.
Uefa prefers dutch to turkye at euro's

If only blatter and platini weren't suspended :depressed

KNVB hates FIFA and UEFA so we won't get any help from them :D
