Yeah, UEFA fucked up. But I've never been too interested in the Euros anyway. The World Cup is by far the best tournament, everything else pales in comparison.

2014 World Cup was a solid tournament imo.

2012 was nice, 2008 was awful imo. But what makes the World Cup great is simply the fact that it's the World Cup and the winner is World champion. Hard to fuck that up really.

EURO's in general have always been good. My first EURO was in 2004 and it was pretty good.
