i think italy will battle with croatia for the 2nd place...that is kinda hard, and i give them a 50-50 chance...i watched 2,3 games of italy in this year and i wasn't impressed

No doubt with or without Cassano we still become first in this group. But just hope Prandelli uses his brain and stops selecting Osvaldo and Thiago Motta.

Italy never really plays in a convincing manner, but Prandelli's Italy is playing with a lot of purpose and skill unlike the usual Italy. And don't they have only one defeat under him or something? And have conceded 1 goal in qualifiers(correct me if I'm wrong)?

If I see Osvaldo or Motta touch the pitch, I'll lose my mind.

Buffon
Maggio - Barzagli - Chiellini - Criscito/Balz
Marchisio - Pirlo - De Rossi
Cassano
Balotteli - Rossi

Pleaseeee

Croatia? I've seen some of their qualifiers and they were quite poor, I dont think they'll be a tough opponent for Italy.

The way I see it. Italy will advance and England or France won't be much difficulty either.

Cassano wont be ready?

And are you trolling me, Nocerino instead of Marchisio? Man, I'm going to say this to the Cheesio-Fanclub president.

I hope he's fit and ready. :(

And wow, watts brain dead move that was from me. Marchisio all the way.

If Cassano isn't ready then:

Buffon
Maggio - Barz - Chiellini - Criscito
De Rossi - Pirlo - Marchisio
Quagliarella - Balotelli - Rossi

I hope we don't go with a shitty 4-4-2

Italy have quite a mediocre squad. How on earth do some of you consider them as EURO 2012 favorites?

It's Germany vs Spain. Noone else stands a chance.

I wouldn't call them mediocre, but yeah definitely not favourites to win the cup.

Germany all the way. Just a divine team they have.

Mediocre? We got a draw in Dortmund against Germany when Prandelli just took over from Lippi. Beat Spain 2-1 last summer in Bari.

1. Germany and Spain
2. Portugal and Holland
3. Italy, France and England
4. Ukraine (hosts)
5. Sweden, Croatia, Denmark and Russia
6. Greece, Czech Republic, Rep. of Ireland and Poland

At this moment, this is how I rank the teams.
