Oh guys, if you're wondering about how you're going to fare against Chelski. I suggest you youtube Sissoko v. Chelsea. The guy gets up against the blues.

the winter break will give teams like Real time to change. Liverpool will be playing alot of games and will be tired by the time the CL starts again. Madrid have pretty much got Diarra and have signed Huntelaar hahah by the time the game comesthey will have a totally different starting 11.

It is really hard to say what teams will be in form in in February.

Real is not anything special.

They lost it long time ago.
:disagree: they will re-emerge, they were good vs barca, big teams like them will always come good out of a crisis, like us. Without torres liverpool's chances wouldn't look good, kuyt sometimes scores and gerrard scores the ocassional cracker, but in such a game it can come right down to the CF's and I don't see robbie K raping madrid, who have more suprises up their sleeves and a wealth of options to choose from.

Sissoko starts from zero yellow cards :D

Here it is:

2 yellow cards (one YC away from suspension):
Amauri

1 yellow card:
Hasan Salihamidzic
Zdenek Grygera
Claudio Marchisio
Olof Mellberg
Nicola Legrottaglie
Mauro Camoranesi
Vincenzo Iaquinta
i always thought yellow cards got wiped out when the group finished. i hope terry gets suspended :)

The general consensus in Italy before the draw was that the English teams were the ones to avoid, but Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri is excited to be going back to face his old employers. "This triple anglo-Italian challenge is fascinating," he said. "And from our perspective, we'll try to keep Chelsea off the top of the world where (owner Roman) Abramovich wants to lead them.

"Chelsea are focussed on winning the Champions League, for Abramovich it would be a disaster not to win it. It's a great challenge. I wouldn't say I'm happy but it will be a fascinating match, we'll ned to be on top of our game."

For Juve midfielder Momo Sissoko there will also be a return to England where he plied his trade for two and a half years at Liverpool. "I still watch English football with interest," he said. "This will be a very difficult match-up for which we'll have to prepare very well. Chelsea aren't in great form at the moment but they have great players."

The club's sporting director Alessio Secco claimed they would not be afraid of Luiz Felipe Scolari's team. "We respect everyone but we fear no-one," he said. "The group we topped seemed impossible but we won both matches against Real Madrid and now we'll see with Chelsea."

Juventus were in a group with Real and UEFA Cup holders Zenit St Petersburg but their home and away successes over the Spaniards ensured they topped the group.

"We're not going to bandage ourselves up before we've got hurt. Don't forget that for the second round we will have some important players back: [Gianluigi] Buffon, [Christian] Poulsen, [Mauro] Camoranesi and [David] Trezeguet are vital to us," added Secco.

Jose Mourinho had this opinion about Juve Chelsea :)

How do you see Chelsea-Juve?

"It's a fifty-fifty clash. I know Juve better Chelsea at the moment. I don't follow Chelsea much, but I watch Juve every week. They are two ambitious and competitive teams. There are some very interesting games in the round of sixteen: us against Manchester United, Juve-Chelsea, Real Madrid-Liverpool, Arsenal-Roma. The Juve of today has the intensity of play that Chelsea had."

I think this is very true. The current Chelsea remind me of the Juve under Capello .. strong but routine. Not very dynamic and it lacks something.

And how can they do that?Real couldn't do anything again Barca btw.

They suck last 3 years, especially in Champions League. If we got Real I am sure we'd go through.

They are not going to win anything this year.
Well with Huntelaar they will once again have a proper Cf. and the younger Diarra will give them alot of stability in the midfield like Emerson did for us when he came here. I think these 2 signings will be very important for them. Liverpool really depend on Gerrard and Torres so they have to be Fit and in form. madrid are not as bad as people are saying I think. They will probably play with 2 wingers (robben and drenthe) against pool and Ramos works well with 2 wingers

If we played Chelsea right now I think we would beat them but in February its going to be tough.
If anything I think Chelsea's problems will get worse over Christmas. They seem to have internal problems with their coach, can't win against big teams, have players like Alex asking for transfers, have drogba causing tension on the bench, have the players questioning their coach's decisions, have their money bags owner refusing to buy the players the coach wants and they will have to play games over christmas while Juve rests. I think all of these problems will grow and cause alot of difficulties for them.

Juventus though are in great form and great spirits.. we will also have alot of confidence when we get Trez, Gigi and Camo back now that Zanetti has returned.

I'm looking at their current team. They might shine with Huntelaar and Diarra but they might choke like Inter did with Quaresma. You can't reley on that yet.

I don't think they can reach semi-finals even if their signings start to shine...and I am pretty sure they won't win Primera.

I don't rate them at all but that's my opinion.

i think that if we take at least a point in england then we will have the chance to take the ticket to 8 ... and my prediction for the game in england is a draw 2-2 then we come to italy and beat them 2-1 .. its easy guys .. its already done :p
