Because league will not improve if they go on like this.

Losing that spot would hopefully change their policy. And hopefully foreign investors would come after.

I don't care about the policy as long as Juve a better chance of getting a CL place. In the pre-Calciopoli era I wouldn't probably care about the fourth spot though.

Why would anyone like Italy to lose the 4th spot?
No one would like it, but us as Juve fans, shouldn't worry about it. Roma and Fiorentina should be pre-occupied with such thoughts. Sadly, nowadays things don't look that way.

Italy will lose the 4th CL spot and for at least 3 years they will have 3 CL spots. It will happen 99.99999%. It will take more than a miracle for this not to happen. German teams will have to be eliminated right from the start while the CL and EL finals will have to be all Italian in order Italy not to lose the 4th CL spot.

Hope, like, dislike, it's gonna happen no matter how we feel. If loosing a CL spot was the difference between the Italians changing their politics then it was gonna happen this summer already, because having 3 CL spots in 2012/2013 is a certainty.

It's exactly that the things don't look that way anymore. We have to compete with Roma, Fiorentina, Palermo and the likes to get a CL place. This is why I find it a bit strange wishing for Italy losing on the last spot so that they might change their policies.

    Never say never.
    Of course.

It's not wishing Italy loses it's spot, it's wishing Juve get back to fighting for, no winning, the Scudetto. If we manage that, that 4th spot won't be a problem for us anymore. ;)

Besides, if we can't get a 3rd position, than we're not worth of playing in a competition called Champions league anyway.

Meh, OK so far. It'll suck when the season really gets going and I start seeing Amauri and Quagliarella, week in week out. I'll always miss the big fella.
I guess I always knew it would happen one day and the way it happened quickly and without a goodbye match and stuff I think might be better anyway. To just accept it, get it over with. And that Camo left too in a way helps to symbolically end this period.

Yeah, I always thought that day will come. In a way, you're right, perhaps it's best he went out of the blue without some formal goodbye match and all that stuff. That would have been really hard to digest...now we can truly look forward to his actual retirement and goodbye match. The likes of Zizou, Davids, Ale, Camo, Nedved, etc. all on the pitch at the same time. :touched:
