He had one injury upfront, that hardly ties his hands up. Barca lack variety to their game, when playing against teams who effectively park the bus, they look a bit clueless and one dimensional. Also i think players like Iniesta and Xavi can only play in one pace, which is slow pace, no urgency whatsoever to their play and Pep should look to do something about that.
well if them 2 (xavi and iniesta) will win the ucl and la liga...he won't change anything..if they will win la liga he won't change anything. I'm not a fan of them 2 neither..i've cursed them so hard tonight that the devil sent me a final warning. And about "parking the bus", chelsea has the best defensive game..you cannot play any other way(exept those 12405 crosses to dani alves ) than barca did tonight (think that essien scored in the 9th minute) they kept the ball but no chances in the first half..the second half was a bit different because both chelsea and barca risked more..and some chances arised. Anyway with henry, puyol and marques on olimpico they have a good shot on the trophy.

I'm a big fan of both players, i just think they could look one dimensional sometimes and are unable to play at a faster pace. I also don't agree that this is the best way to play Barca. Chelsea have a strong defense, they can attack Barca and beat them.

I never insult, except in the instance of fools, and you are not a fool.

If Juve played a semi final both hone and away as defensively as Chelsea have just done, then I would nevertheless keep on cheering them, but would feel cheated and depressed at watching such football. Afterwhich I would feel angry that we didn't at any stage take the game on and play attacking football.

ok let me explain my point of view.

now i think chelsea played the firs tleg tactically in the right way u cant go all attack against a team like barca who has a strong midfield that delivers the balls to three of the best forwards in the world at this stage. so closing them down and coming out of nou camp with a 0-0 score was right.

in the second leg they also played there cards right bec once again u just cant go suicidal and attack from the begining. barca's weakest line is its defensive line compare that to chelsea's back 4 u will realize the difference. so its logical that chelsea play on counter attacks mostly. and win the midfield battle which to an extent is quite balanced.

this is my take. how would u play against a team like barca??

Redknapp is a tosser. Isn't he a former Liverpool player? Shouldn't he be happy that the Blues are out? Gullit looked so distraught. Haha. Ex AC Milan piece of shit; great player, crappy coach, and even worse as a critic!

That was a retarted comment by the boy from the land of the Oranje. Totally uncalled for and unneccessary.

in this match yes..if chelsea would've gone wild after yaya's elimination they could have won it. But with puyol and marques, i don't think so.
