Even if you're a lifelong Chelsea, Manchester, Liverpool or Arsenal fan you have to be disgusted with what is happening to the EPL. Yes, surely it is the best league right now, by far even. But at what cost?

It's not sustainable in the long run. It will be interesting to see what happens in five years when their country has finally felt the effects of a depression. Hopefully their banks will have unforeseen exposure into other collapsing nations and, if so, investing into the EPL might not be the smartest of moves.

Neither Bentdner nor Vela should play. The former because he's crap, and the latter isn't just ready yet. Come to think of it, neither should Denilson, Diaby and Eboue play. It could imply two things:

1) Italians supporting a black president is wrong.
2) It is strange of Italians to support a black president, which means he was labelling them racists.
