Man. united humiliated roma , sir alex fergeson was right when he said that totti is useless and what a lucky team chelsea is , i mean they play good but to score the needed goal in the 90th minute , this is luck

Perfect day:cry:
nothing could have gone worse :faq1:
7-1 :disagree:
Nothing could have gone worse for so called "Juve fans", I know.

who will play with Man. united now ???
Bayern/Milan.

i dont think so , milan will play without any attackers , gila is suspended , ronaldo cant play and inzaghi is injured , they have only kaka to rely on
Milan will go home with their heads down after tonight so they can fully concentrate on Serie A and getting CL spot next year otherwise we could see Man Utd - Empoli next season and Man. Utd. winning 10 - 0

Personally, I think those who wish the worst for every other Italian club are quite imbecilic, as they wish to play in leagues that have zero competition. Juventus tradition has been developed in Serie A... one of the top leagues in the world; the top league in the world in the 90's and one of the best in all the other decades. Now Serie A has slipped far behind the EPL and La Liga and with all our Italian competition losing this cannot be good for the rest of the league. Juventus has won Scudetti against some of the top sides in the world in a league which was considered the best... now there is nothing more prestigious than winning a title in a league that is considered the best.

But perhaps you don't understand this notion and would rather play in China or Estonia where we would win every league trophy in our existence and be known as a lesser club than Lyon in the scheme of things... that really is wonderful logic and I can't help but feel you wish the existence of Juventus would be based upon league titles without any respect for the league in which we reside. A league title in a shitty league means nothing for a club such as Juventus. It's essentially like we are settling for the Intertoto instead of the European Cup... what great support by our fans.

People here may hate Inter, Roma and Milan, but these clubs are our rivals and they have bearing over our season. If we beat a formidable Milan side to the Scudetto that is more plaudits on our side and I'm more proud of us for completing such a task. Our domestic competition is what helps us prepare for the European competition... the Champions League... something we all dream of. But if we have shitty sides that can only manage a 7-1 loss against a team like manchester united we will have no decent competition to improve against and will languish against the other sides from better leagues. Therefore a fan of club shouldn't be rooting on the decline of the league their club resides in and rather respect the state of the league because tradition, honor and acheivements in the world's best league is what this club is based upon.

now we wont ever enjoy beating Roma when ManU fans are around. And the next season will be totally worthless as well. cant believe just 4 years back there were 3 Italian clubs in the semis and now possibly none, whereas there are 3 English clubs in the semis. Our 27 (29) scudetto's look cheaper now.

Even Inter or Juve or Milan meet up with MU last night at OT, do you think these teams can beat MU easily? Last night was an exception performance by MU, not since 1968 if i am not wrong, that they scored 7 goals in an european game. It was just crazy, miracle and these things do happen once a while...
remember how Lyon crashed Bremen? I am sure Bremen is not such a lousy team, this one off cup ties is very wierd, it all depends on team forms, players' conditions, tactics, pitch etc
With MU so on form last night, not even Juve can reverse the result.
sorry guys.
and i am surprise that many supporters here want chelsea to win it. Actually I don;t. I rather Valencia took it. but since Valencia is out now, I would rather MU or Bayern/Milan took it. Chelski spent too much money to strengthen their squad, way too much and I don;t want a loaded club to :"buy" the title of champions league. that's just my opinion.
In reality i agree that Chelsea is the favourite to win it now, and MU will make the finals too..but the premiership will go to MU..haha

How you been, Espectro?? Cheers. :pint:

Yeah. Calcio blew its own head off with a shotgun last summer, and the EPL is reaping rewards from the void. Not surprising, really. About the only surprising thing in this season's CL has been the poor showing from Spain.
never a truer word said greg, as much as i dislike roma this is a bad night for calcio
Juve 7-0 Olympiakos
with a reserve team as well, remember having to explain to(italian) missus at the time just who teh hell this guy enzo maresca was

What a massacre at Old Trafford:shocked:,and somehow i cant help but think that Lady Luck is on Chelsea's side in both the EPL and CL,and that too,big time.

I think tonight Milan will get knocked out too, though i do hope that that a miracle happens and they make it through. From the euphoria of the world cup triumph to the matchfixing debacle,Its been a awful season for Italian sides in the CL,and this will only give those biased english commentators and fans another reason to become 'more' biased.3 english teams in the last 4 is a nightmare. And i think it might be safe to assume that we might end up seeing an all english final as Manchester United are stronger than both Milan and Bayern Munich, and Chelsea-Liverpool make up the other seminfinal.

Oh and yes, atleast we still hold the CL record.Thankyou Daniele De Rossi:D
