Maybe you have mistaken me for a Azzurri fan. Sorry to disappoint you, but I´m not. I love Juve and it´s natural for me to hate all our direct rivals and I´m sure some fanatical fans will agree with me.
I definitely do :agree:

As for national teams, I support every national side with Juventus players in it. Usually, this means supporting Italy whenever they play, but if it came down to an Azzurri side with no Juventus players in it then I would rather get a lawn mower to cut the grass than watch their bloody games.

That said, if two sides face each other and both include Juve players, I will cheer for the one in which we have the most representation.

I was always going to cheer for the Azzurri in the 2006 World Cup, though, regardless, seeing as it was a Juventus team in disguise. The management and most of the important players were "ours".

Other Italian league sides? I hope their stadiums burn to the ground!

Andy may call fans like us imbeciles, but I consider myself a true Juventino in the sense that I am a hostile supporter not giving a fuck about these smaller shit clubs from Italy because all they do is sweat us and talk shit about us anyway, and EVERY SINGLE JUVENTINO I KNOW FROM ITALY THINKS THIS WAY

Forza Juve means FUCK OFF :pint:

the EPL is far superior to both leagues at the moment unfortunately, some idiots cannot accept that however
:agree: I can name a lot of them, but I don´t want to.

It's that kind of attitude that makes everyone hate Inter so much, being the best team in Italy means that Juve have an image to protect, that image is "The Champions of Italy", and if all other teams are crap and are way below par then our image as being "The Champions of Italy" will be tarnished cos who cares if you are champions of a poor Italian league. A great example is how no one is giving Inter any credit or praise for this years Scudetto cos everyone knows Serie A is a joke. I'd rather be the occasional champion of a great league than the every-year champion of a crap league.

But seriously if we have to count on other Italian clubs' success in Europe to keep an extra spot from Italy in the CL then to hell with it. I'd rather that one team from Italy plays in the CL and we take the spot deservedly and show our worth by ourselves. May Roma, Milan, Inter and many others of the like swim in a pool of poo with the likes of Barcelona, Madrid, ManU, Chelsea and others, I couldn't care less.

I see some of us here cheering for other teams in the CL because of certain players or managers but other take it too far and personal and put the Italian clubs ahead of others because it is better for Juventus. What a load of bullcrap!

Mar83 cheered for ManU only to piss those so called "Italian" fans and he cheered for Chelsea only to upset the many Valencia fans here. I cheered for Liverpool against Barcelona for the same reason (too many Barcelona fans here). Here Liverpool played against PSV, I don't give a rat's ass on who proceeds to the semi-final.

And the most pathetic argument I read is the hate on English teams only because of their commentators :howler: Seriously, grow up

True but we have been the occasional champion of a great league throughout our entire history, my friend. Are you forgetting the past? Doesn't it matter to you?

It's not our fault FIGC wanted to shoot itself in the foot and demote the most important club, Juventus, for no apparant reason (when compared to the actions of other clubs who got let off the hook).

Whatever happens to the Italian league will happen because of the idiots at FIGC and the petty mentality of smaller clubs.

Hate the commentators, the media, anything but not the team. Seriously, what does the team have to do with someone saying how great they are?

Thats a different story, the FIGC was lead by Guido Rossi back then, and he had only one objective, to destroy Juve. So its not the fault of the smaller clubs, its only the fault of the Moratti influence. sure the FIGC shot themselves in the foot, it was a mistake and i hope that Juve's return will show them it was a mistake by making Serie A more competitive and more glamorous so that big stars will start to come back to Italy. I for one would love to see Ronaldinho at Milan, it bolsters the image and quality of Serie A, and I'm sick of seeing English clubs constantly reaching the CL semis and finals. Remember the Uefa cup back in the 90s? We used to call it Coppa Italia!! FIGC made stupid decisions and if they dont win the Euro bid then they are screwed.

We have one commentator here, Ivan Blazicko, who's so in love with EPL and ManU, honestly man, I think he had 7 orgasms yesterday night. :D

It's not about cheering for Roma or Milan. It's just I find if pathetic to support Italian football's demise. Whenever Roma, Milan or Inter are completely outplayed, it shows you calcio isn't at its very best.

makes you wanna put your heead through a tv

Yea, it shows you that. I was also seen the way we were outmuscled the past two years. But this is not my problem, it is the problem of FIGC to take care of. I think we all know that the Italian league is crap, cheering for Roma does not make the league any better. A good trashing is something that opens the eyes of officials to do something about it, not the other way around.

What part of Jacques "I don't give a shit" didn't you get?

And that was my message as well..

Some people support Italian calcio and some don't.
Some support an entire league system in an attempt to prove to their Anglophile friends that "Italy is superior, yay!" and some couldn't care less about other people's opinions instead opting to focus on the one club close to their heart.

The core of the dispute lies there!

And Italian commentators are not biased towards Italian clubs? :howler:
Considering that the majority are English speaking here so they would most likely listen to English commentators. This does not deny the fact that they should hate on the commentators not the teams.
