Oh and of all the remaining clubs only Bayern has my sympathies as the only club which I would like to mess up English master plan though I can´t see it happening. Hope that they will kick out Milan and spare them of their misery this season. In the end, I think I will go for Liverpool/Chelsea to win it, hope that the latter wins it.

Chelsea has lost out in some semi finals in recent years and things have a nasty way of evening themselves out so I would put all my money on Chelsea appearing in the CL final. They've also lost to Liverpool in a semi final before, two seasons ago, so I would find it really strange if this were to happen again. But of course it can happen, one should never write off Liverpool. Still, my button is pressed down for Chelsea.

Who will they face? Bayern? Man United? Milan?

I said at the beginning of the season that Milan and Chelsea will appear in the final and that Sheva would do one over his former teammates, and even though Bayern has the advantage in their quarter final tie vs the Rossoneri, I still believe this to be a likely outcome :)

But it also reeks of an all English final between Manchester United and Chelsea. The two best teams in the Premiership, which can now be righteously considered the best league in the world, may in fact be the best two teams left in the competition.

But then again, it's not about being the best team is it? It's a bloody cup stage now, and anything can happen! We could actually end up seeing a final between Bayern Müntzen and Liverpool!

Hey, what the hell is my point? :wth:

Oh well
forgetting todays result, i think manu can beat milan and bayern, cause bayern is weaker(not creative without ballack) and milan also not as good.

Don't really think that's fair to Lyon, because it's all about how you play on the night. Roma played one hell of a game in France..

As a matter of fact, they played one hell of a game tonight as well :D :pint:

Wow ManU-Roma 7-1! I didn't knew that today was CL,damn! A few minutes ago I looked to several Sportsites and then I saw the result. I thought this was a joke or a website-error:DBut then I realised that it was reality. Not that I care about Roma but it's a shame for whole Italy:faq1:! It's time for Juve in Europe but unfortunately we can't play CL before 2008/09:( I want revenge for Italy, not for Roma.

Basically it was one of those freak nights where everything Utd hit ended in the back of Romas net. Even from crap pee rollers like Evra's goal to amazing effort from Carrick's 2nd goal. Romas heads were down and out after the 3rd goal.
