Chelsea star Frank Lampard believes that Juventus present the greatest threat to The Blues in their pursuit of UEFA Champions League glory.

A game is only stopped when the ref stops it, AFAIK the whistle went after Del Piero got contact on the ball.

The goalie stopped only because he was expecting the flag to go up, which it did. Besides its pretty rare that the ref gets to blow the whistle before the released ball reaches the recieving party.

I'm afraid to start smoking our own crack just yet. But as many flaws as we have, as many chances there will be for us to fall falt on our faces, I do like our chances this year as our best since we were last in the CL Final. We are a pretty credible side for the CL this season. :strong:
