And justice for all: Milan empty-handed.

The proof of Ancelotti being a useless manager is being written over and over again.

Football is not luck Mr. Carlitto.
Opportunities of having a good squad is not *euhm* modern football* Mr. Ancelotti.

Cafu: Change club again in chase for your missing trophy.

Milan lose on penalties is so sweet, the good thing is they had to wait ONLY 2 years to taste the bitter taste.

Deportivo syndrome, Palermo syndrom, call it whatever you want. Sheva missed his kick and football showed Ancelotti's worth.

Milan loss shocks Maradona Thursday 26 May, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Diego Armando Maradona admits that he’s been left stunned by Milan’s loss to Liverpool in the Champions’ League Final.

The Rossoneri were in total control of the game before the Premiership outfit hit back in a way which the Napoli legend finds hard to believe.

"I’m very disappointed," he said after commentating on the game for Sky Italia. "Everyone who has played in Italy knows that the game is over at half-time when you’re 3-0 up.

"Not even the Brazil side of 1970 would have made such a comeback.

"We gave away a 2-0 lead in the 1986 World Cup Final against Germany but my Argentina side stayed united.

"Milan conceded three goals in an incredible manner, just as incredible as that Andriy Shevchenko chance in the closing minutes."

Liverpool may have lifted the trophy but the Argentine star has no doubts over who is the better team.

"Liverpool won it but they are not the best European side in my opinion," continued the South American.

"Milan just needed to play a little more football and they would have won the Cup. Unfortunately this is the game that football is."

Lol

Galliani just confirmed that Carlo will stay. Some Milanistas claim that they should've substituted Sheva instead of Crespo, only Carlo didnt have the guts to do it. Silvio should stop interfering with the team.
Actually even though I like Milan a bit, but this game proved how much Milan deserved to be out. PSV is ruled out becos of the away goals rule, but Liverppol did their job and punished them brutually.

Ancoletti is such a terrible coach, even I will take off Sheva instead of Crespo. And y isn't Inzaghi in the squad? And pls choose ur players correctly, Seedorf's dip of form has been pretty obvious, should have put some1 else instead. Dudek was really on form, I like to say, he must have realised how important this game is. Gerrard must have been calm and continue asking his teammates to calm down even if they r 3 - 0 down, Benitez is indeed a brilliant coach, he purposely never allow Gerrard to take penalties after that awful miss against Man City, however he should do some repair work for his team in the EPL. Too bad non of the Milan players take good penalties as good as DP.

Most probably he will be heading for Roma and this is why I say witness the downfall, Ancelotti is good at one thing in and it is creating balance. With a squad like Milan, it is difficult to create balance and whoever comes after Ancelotti will fail big time. Also if ANcelotti stays, there are no chances of Milan winning lots, they can just be second to best :D

Its a phase guys. Its like our 3 year cycle under Lippi, that saw us do fantastically for two years, only to crumble in the third. The core of this Milan team has past its peak, and really with Crespo possibly going back to Chelsea, i dont see any other way out, but to bring in some new blood. Or, they risk going back to fighting for fourth place come next season.

Exactly, his CL in 2003 was pure luck and his Scudetto last year was only because he had absolutely no competition, all other teams were crap.

last night match was surely ancelotti's fault, what did he to secure his 3-0 advantage, nothing, he should have played another midfielders to kill the game, they got owned in the mildfield by liverpool at a point, well, just my 2 cents
