Many of Barca players are in a bad form, not just Ronnie and Eto´o. I watched a lot of their games this season and that is not the same Barca from last season, they suck. (especially in the defense - Marquez, Puyol, Zambrotta)

Then there is midfield also giving weaker performances (Deco and Xavi, Barca lacks a quality defensive midfielder) and in the attack Ronaldinho and Eto´o aren´t deadly anymore.....
agreed 100% all those players are not performing like last season

big day over here in cairo!!! should be heading to the stadium at 2:00 to watch the ahly vs barca game. the game doesnt start until 9:30 but we have to be there early to get proper seats its enough we lived thru a nightmare to get tickets.

@m_elayyan: for yr info there is no deal and no the barca squad is not going to the pyramids today and they should be fielding a full squad against al-ahly.

thats not all rumour has it nancy agram :eyebrows: :eyebrows: will be there too so it should be a good day hopefully.

now seriously guys u need to post all yr comments regarding messages u want to deliver to the likes of thurum!!! thurum who??????????? ;)

today should be the first time i ever see a player who has played at juventus and thats one of the reasons i want to go, i want to see zambrotta!! its a shame he is no longer juve material but he still remains one of my favourite players who ever played at juventus.

Barcelona Not The Club For Me - Terry
Chelsea skipper John Terry insists that a move away from England, and in particular to Barcelona, holds no attractions for him.

Terry has fallen out with the Chelsea management over a new contract, and has since been linked wiht a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Inter Milan have been linked with a move, as have Barcelona at one point. However, the England skipper is in no mood to leave his country.

"That [a move abroad] doesn't appeal to me at all," Terry told the News of the World.

"It's not what I'm about. I'm English through and through, the old style English centre-half."

Speaking about a potential move to Barcelona, he said: "I still speak to Eidur Gudjohnsen at Barcelona and he says the training over there is quite relaxed.
"I couldn't settle in that environment. I couldn't let that happen.

"I want to go into training knowing I'm going to get kicked.

"I want to know the players are going to kick each other because they're trying to win a five-a-side game."

oouch thats harash!!!! here is the reason why barca is not preforming this season.

i just got back from the stadium, it was a great game and i saw all the barca players.

offcourse i was sooooooooo touched to see zambrotta god i miss this guy in a juve shirt. dos santos is going to be much much better than ronaldinho mark my words he is a very young and great talent.

if u put the score a side which i find very realistic i have to admit i had fun, being with my gf, her brother and two of our close friends we had a great time.. i hope saviola comes to juventus next season.

i am off to bed now as i am dead tired i ve been out since 2:30 pm.

75000 people showed up to the game, there were tonnes of the following shirts in the stands:

1- al ahly shirts
2- barca shirts
3- juventus shirts
4- chelsea shirts
5- liverpool shirts
6- man utd shirts ( since the ahly club is also nick named the red devils)
7- ac milan shirts

as for the flags that were hanged by the supporters:
1- egypt
2- spain
3- algeria ( dont know why really)
4- saudi ( dont know why)
5- a huge italy flag ( for zambro)
6- brazil
7- argie

at the end of the night it wasa good day regardless of the score, not to mention the chance of seeing al ahly legends from the 40s,50s,60s,70s,80,and 90s.

ronaldinho threw his shirt after the game and there was a war for it until one lucky guy jumped in toke and wore it. puyol was really active with the fans. messie was'nt as friendly as ronaldinho and puyol. saviola, marques, and guily were alright too.
