Henry coming back to European football is like when Schumacher came back to F1 with Mercedes. If he fails then it would have a negative influence on his reputation, why would you let that happen to your status as a legend?

Nay, i think Theo has it locked. What with him being a fan favorite and all, guy has developed an ego. Everyone but him knows the fans only love him because he's English though. Only RVP has his name chanted by the fans more than Theo.

He'll only be around for a couple of months. Plus he'll most likely be on the bench. I'm sure he won't do too badly, apparently Wenger has been very impressed by his fitness levels.

He did the same with Campbell and it worked out quite well in the league.

Agree, just like Sheva. That's why I was against Canna coming back and will hope Ale never comes back if/when he leaves.

Sorry but this is the work of a cheating cunt - he should have had his knee caps removed for this

He was one of my favorite players before this, dead to me now.

Apparently we're going to be offering Thierry a 2 month loan contract. Welcome back legend

Strong rumors linking us to Podolski too. IMO he can work out, never really worked for him at Bayern, but he's always been good for the NT and apparently he's having a stellar season at Koln. Wouldn't mind taking a risk on him.
if you employ a translater for him and don't use strict tactics poldi is your boy.... otherways he is probably not worth the hassle

It doesn't really matter if they played lousy at the WC. They cheated another, honest and hardworking team out of an experience the player there could only dream about. Plus the money the French FA got instead of the Irish.
