He plays with his head towards the ground, rarely has good enough vision of his teammates movement. RVP was right to be angry at him imo. Having said that, i think its nice to finally have someone who is willing to run at defenders and be more direct. Would have been lovely to have him alongside Cesc and Nasri.

Blackburn are a poor team that is going through a rough time, so its the best time to play them and raise the teams morale. Arteta is a very good signing, he's played well in all games so far. Liked his composure to score that goal. Andre Santos is very good going forward, he links up well with his teammates, but the guy can't defend for shit. The way he let Samba get a free header and how he played Yakubu onside for B'burn's goal really showed his poor defensive ability.

Not that well to be honest. There was an instance where he almost caused a goal for Arsenal by misjudging a ball and letting Arshavin get past him easily. Another instance where he let Arshavin get a shot in, if you can't contain Arshavin then you're really no good in my book
