Newcastle United's replica-gun-touting starlet Nile Ranger drives a black-and-white Range Rover, customised to say R-A-N-G-E-R on the front, and "Power Ranger" on the back. Draw whatever conclusions you like about the young lad's character from that information. Anyway, at 4.53am on Sunday morning he was stopped by police, asked to step out of his car and breathalysed, at which point a pair of hoodlums jumped into his empty car and drove off. They should pick a less eye-catching target – within minutes they (and Ranger for that matter, the breathalyser having delivered bad news) had been arrested. Frankly, nobody comes out of that story very well.

O'Connor being a coke head has been an open secret for years.
he is banned from the (grubby wee) pub my dad drinks in after him and Riordan were caught snorting coke in the toilets.

the story a few years back is that Hibs were offered cash from (whichever) Moscow and managed to force through the deal by promising to keep quiet his failed drugs test

looks like he learned from that:shifty:

Garry O'Connor..... :shifty:

Also Kolo Touré was mentioned, the 'diet pills' thing a mask. Cocaine was originally mentioned when he failed.

Also, an England striker from 2007 tested positive for steroids.

Overall it was pretty crappy, it basically said that there is an underlying drug problem but they couldn't find/release a lot of evidence.
yeah didn't tell us anything we didnt already know

Coke just seems to be widespread in Scottish football.

I've come across Mark Kerr, Michael Paton, Steven MacLean and Paul Marshall all using it.

Tommy Wright (remember him?) was mysteriously released mid-season, supposedly because Derek Young told the club about him taking coke and Tommy Wright refusing a drug test or help to kick the habit.
