He been at the club for 4 days (2 of them match days), it may take few games before he gets his feet on the ground. So far he's made a decent acquisition for the back room and may give Didi Hamman a call (as a coach).

So far I like what he's done as far as style. No results yet, but the players seem more respondent and Torres has been vocal. If we can recruit some talented yet strong players, we might be able to start the climb.

We really need to shore up the back line though.

It's too soon to judge him however I thought this was going to be usual pattern, revived optimism, new tactics and a new culture usually results in a short winning streak (alá Ciro Ferrera) at the beginning of his period
