But you would think with all the TV money they get, they would at least play football, instead of long -ball, kick & rush garbage, 100mph hour nonsense, where 90% play chance/hope football, i.e. don't know what they're doing. Arsenal got world class footballers with Persie, Fabregas, Nasri and almost most of their midfield is world class, but it shows that just playing good football doesn't mean success.

1) That's BS. At least, they don't do it any more than Serie A teams do these days.

2) Care to elaborate? Passing the ball around 300 times doesn't mean you play good football. When they win and become effective, that's what I'd call good football.
