Exactly. There is no excuse for someone like Carragher, who is a good tackler, to put in a challenge like that one today.

It was not a good tackle.

The one thing I would say in Terry's defence on that on is that the ball was bouncing, so there was a reason for his foot to be at the height it was. He was lucky not to be sent off, though.

Carragher hit Nani not far below the knee when the ball was on the ground.
It was a rash and stupid challenge by Carragher, he could have been sent off and had he got sent off he would have probably cost Liverpool the game.

Can Chelsea come strong in the end? They're huge 12 points behind Manchester, but they also have 2 games in hand. Assuming they win those two games, the difference will be 6 points and 9 rounds to go. Chelsea have been rather poor and inconsistent, but it they have a strong finish like the strong start they had, then the miracle could happen.

Was just wondering that myself.

They need to win their two games in hand and beat Man Utd at Old Trafford to have a chance.

It's far from impossible.

I would kill myself if that happens. If we don't win it then I hope Arsenal do, they totally deserve it. Seeing JT holding the PL trophy once again will cause me to vomit and die.

Chelsea and United have the easiest schedule from the big teams. These are the hardest matches for the top 6:

Manchester United:
A- Arsenal
H- Chelsea

Arsenal:
A- Liverpool
A- Tottenham
H- Manchester United

Manchester City:
A- Chelsea
A - Liverpool
H- Tottenham

Tottenham:
A- Manchester City
H- Arsenal
A- Chelsea
A - Liverpool

Chelsea:
H- Tottenham
A- Manchester United
H- Manchester City

Liverpool:
H- Manchester City
H - Arsenal
H- Tottenham

Tottenham have the hardest schedule of them all. If they eliminate Milan in CL, stay there in April too, then it's logical to assume that they'll be the ones who'll miss out on the 4th place. But you never know.

In theory Chelsea stands a chance, but United too have a good schedule and if they consolidate from the latest blows, they should wrap the title.
