Wolves manager Mick McCarthy has vehemently denied that his boys play dirty throughout this season -- an argument that Karl Henry made more difficult with his vicious tackle on Wigan's Jordi Gomez.
Henry was sent off in just the 11th minute of Wolves' 2-0 loss to Wigan for launching Gomez into the sky like a human catapult, his second bad challenge of the day. And even more amazing than the tackle was the fact that Henry felt the need to challenge the decision.
This comes mere weeks after Henry broke Bobby Zamora's leg on a challenge he said was a "good tackle."
