Yeah, that's pretty much it. The Yanks want way too much for the club and if the holding company goes into administration a buyer could purchase Kop Holdings for the cost of the debt. It's what Kenny Huang wanted to do but couldn't because the owners still have a majority vote on the board. (granted it wasn't known if Huang actually had the backing to make the move, but that was the theory at the time)

Yes, Koscielny is look promising at first but later he looks not convincing, i prefer Vermaelen better.. How do you think Koscielny performance compare to Bonucci for our Juve, Fred? Who do you think has the better performance so far? I like how Bonucci keeps scoring goal but he also not so convincing at the back

Well ya obviously Almunia was at fault for the second and third goals, but Clichy was to blame too, he got nutmegged too easily in the buildup to the second goal, and he got dribbled too easily in the buildup to the third. Almunia was a clueless clown as always, nothing new there, i don't expect much from him anyway.
Truth be told, i only watched a couple of Juventus league games this season, so i might not be the best judge here, from what i've seen however, Bonucci has been quite poor himself, especially in the Samp game. I've seen a lot more of Koscielny, but i'd still say Bonucci is the better defender for sure. Koscielny is too rash and his decision making is quite poor, he needs to be a little more composed and more intelligent with his positioning. I'm not very optimistic about him, this level might be too much for him. Frankly i've liked Squillachi more than Koscielny thus far.
