I'm also not laughing at ManU either.
I lost all my interest in this match when i saw them making million subs. It was nothing more but a meaningless friendly match.
And Jack, i noticed it too. But not only in the pre-season. Their players play throughout the year without rest (they don't even have the winter rest as the Italians do). They always go till the end of CL, they play two different domestic cups. When you sum it up, every year they play around 10 matches more than the Italian teams and yet all the fucking time, no matter if it's pre-season or during the season, they are more fit than the Italian clubs' players.
It has to do something with the trainings and something simply has to be changed in Italy regarding this.
I think the difference in fitness levels also has to do with the climate difference, in Italy as most of the Mediterranean, it is boiling in the months of July and August, while in England it wouldn't be too hot, and as anyone who has ever played football before will know, it is much harder to train in 35 degrees compared to 27, which is what the temperatures will be about imo

It's not like they make the training camps in a desert
Usually teams are training in some place near the mountains where the climate is excellent. Many teams go abroad to Switzerland or Austria where they spend the first weeks of training, while Juve's training camp is Pinzolo. It's on the fucking Alps, almost 1000m altitude. People go there for skiing in the winter.
