No he didn't, but he was the only United player out there who had a good game. He did miss a couple of clear cut chances though, so he does share the blame.
inzaghi was warming our bench when we sold him, dude theres no way to spin it pazzini for 20 is nowhere near as ridiculous as that piece of genius moggi performed

His statistics are crazy, 40mln or not. He saved their ass so many times, I don't think they cry over those millions. I don't see how can Pazzini cost 22mln euros.

He did miss a few decent chances like i pointed out myself earlier. But i didn't think he lost too many balls, he offered penetration and good link up play at times. While he wasn't at his best, i thought he was the only United player that really tried to pull something off.

Rooney had a terrible second half. His work rate was impressive, but nothing was going right for him. Giggs was very impressive, I thought, but the team was just off the boil entirely.
Ya but how many games have liverpool flopped this season and torres was useless... not even a decent effort. Surely torres is the better striker... I am just pointing out that Rooney has been the better performer this year yet as soon as he doesnt change one match everyone bashes him.
Torres has flopped more often without even putting enough effort no one criticizes him.
As much as its sad, but rooney will finish EPL player of the year this season.

Torres strike rate is amazing this season (15 app/12 goals). The games when Liverpool flop, he isn't playing.
It's very rarely that Torres doesn't play and make some sort of different. Even before his goal against Villa Torres was providing width for the team and attempting to play his teammates.

I am not saying he is doing bad.. i am just highlighting how some people bash rooney for a match in which manure didnt perform as team regardless of what he is doing every week in the league. They never do the same for torres.
Bias thats all.
