i agree about his decision making..and like i said he should improve his final ball..evra is much better than him in the final third..but defensively he's much better than Evra imo..Evra leaves a lot of gaps behind..and defending one on one he isnt as good as Clichy..,which imo gives Gael the edge over Evra..not to mention Clichy is still 21-22 meaning theres lots of room for improvement

Not to me.... Many people would see Ronaldo the better player because they enjoy watching the "pony show" he makes on the field.

I myself, enjoy the hard-work, passes good vision and etc...the likes of Hleb, Rosicky, Pirlo, Diego etc are much more fun to watch than the likes of C. Ronaldo, Robinho and Messi.

Messi is smthing else,he is the next best thing.
Robinho & C.Ronaldo can make wonders on one or 2 matches & then fade for 3 weeks but Messi is always on fire,his touch on the ball is just enough.
He also has the vision & great assists that the likes of Diego,Pirlo & Rosicky has.

I would be so hyped if Messi went to Arsenal(which will never happen).
Arsene can get the best out of the boy,I think he should not be always a winger,he should play on the wing but he should have the freedom to go back & go on from the middle.

Agreed on the best player in the world.
Right now Messi is nowhere near Pele or Marradona,it is all about achievements,he still didnt achieve smthing big.
All I am saying is that,if he didnt pick a horrible injury & styaed on his level.he could be the Next Big Thing.

The major difference betwen Maradona and Messi is Messi does not have the passing abilityand skill on dead ball situations, apart form that the similarities are uncanny.

Nope it was between himself and Ricky Villa for Cesar Luiz Menotti to pick and Cesar went for Ricky Villa and instead picked maradona a year later for the under 20 championships that he inspired Argentina to win with Ramon Diaz also shining with his goals.

my sentiments exactly..Messi is higher than kaka in terms of pure ability..Kaka is more effective now..mostly due to the fact that he's more mature though.

Adriano Set For Arsenal?

Reports in Italy suggest that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger could be lining up a sensational loan swoop for troubled Inter striker Adriano.

The 25-year-old Brazilian has had a nightmare spell on-and-off the field in the past 18 months and has made just four league appearances this season for the Nerazzurri.

Adriano, who recently admitted that he still suffers from depression, has flown off to Brazil for clinical rehabilitation and is not due to return to Italy until the first week in January.

Inter will then immediately invite loan offers for him and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is believed to be interested.

Wenger currently has four natural strikers in the shape of Robin Van Persie, Emmanuel Adebayor, Eduardo Da Silva and Nicklas Bendtner. The latter is keen to gain more first team football and may be sent out on loan in January, thus paving the way for Adriano.
