Personally, not at all. He's a talent but too much of a punk for now, needs to ground himself. This United is a far better bet for him. He's playing for a top 6 side in a league that should suit him, where he knows the language, with his former NT manager and countryman as boss, and is hit and miss. Imagine him trying to play for this Juve, a top 1 side in a league and team that is probably as alien to him as tactfulness.
I hope they have Paul Scholes in Monday Night Football tomorrow.

Ferguson overperformed with that team for years. The team that won the CL and was in the final a year later was seriously great. Van der Sar, Neville Ferdinand Vidic Evra, Scholes Carrick Ronaldo Giggs, Tevez Rooney. Then Ronaldo and Tevez left, Neville, Scholes and VdS retired, later Ferdinand and Giggs too, Vidic and Evra declined and they replaced them with guys like Evans, Jones, Rafael, Valencia, Cleverley or Zaha. The Van Persie signing was great and it delayed their downfall a bit but that was only temporary. Its Fergusons fault kinda, he proved he can win with these mediocre guys but he left too much of a garbage team to his successors. 1 or 2 mercatos wont fix it, especially if you are as clueless about what the team needs as Moyes and Van Gaal proved to be. Mourinho in 1-2 seasons could be able to fix them, if they again get a mediocre manager that will buy players without a clear strategy they will stuck to being mediocre for a while

Agree, very few would have had a chance at following Ferguson, he was too good. Leaving a small number of players aside (De Gea, Rooney etc), that squad was fairly disastrous as you mentioned. And Moyes brought in what, Fellaini and Zaha? Plus a knee-jerk splash on Mata in January after he had finished being a baby in London. Some squad evolution. A large problem is that so many genuinely believed characters like Phil Jones were better than reality for years, comparing him to Baresi or Beckenbauer. Januzaj similar, that initial hype just wouldn't die off after poorer performances. I suppose this is the negative of having a manager with so much control within the club, nobody considered what would happen next. Arsenal should really be learning from this, players like the Ox and Wilshere should be shitting themselves if a more ruthless manager comes in.
