Who are Chelsea getting?
Until the end of the year probably Hiddink.
I don't see Simeone going to Chelsea, I also don't think he will be the type of coach they want. They are stupid, they want a lot of goals and pretty football. They will get some stop gap for a year, hiddink?
:agree:
Pep will go to Chelsea. They will get an interim manager for now.
Hiddink is rumored to be that interim manager.

And then, after the EC, maybe Conte? He always said he wanted to work in the EPL.

Definitely not Conte. Not their profile at all.
Disagree, I actually think he is one of the main candidates to take over once he is finished with Italy after Euro 2016. He is like an Italian Mourinho in many ways

My opinion

Guardiola > Man City
Ancelotti -> Bayern
Conte > Chelsea

...Mourinho in a crazy move to Man United?

Wouldnt shock me to see something like that next season.

Im not sure whether Guardiola wouldn't prefer United over City, but I also see Conte going to Chelsea as a very likely move.

If Conte ever guys to the EPL, Chelsea is the most likely destination. United, Arsenal and City will probably never employ him. His style would be frowned upon.

I'm not sure Conte would feel comfortable in England. Language barrier being the biggest obstacle. Also, I can't see him cooperating with Roman A. It would be a failure for both Chelskea and the coach.
Anyway, no one has so far given any valid explanation to this awful season Chelsea is having. I have no clue as well.

Pretty clear Mourinho lost the dressing room. They aren't interested in playing for him anymore. You can't sack a team, so the coach is always the first to go.

And Mourinho doesn't last longer than 3 years at any club, this failure (whilst a lot worse than normal) was always going to happen sooner or later.

:agree:

Altho the way Mourinho lost the team and his absurd antics this season, yes wrose than usual, seems like the special one might have lost his "magic touch".

His ego has always been borderline megalomania, I think the border might have been crossed during the fall.

But he mentioned several times, that he would love to coach in England, didn't he? Wasn't he talking about studying English as well some time ago?
