The experts were talking about Pep to City. Everything went on about how special Pep is and how he revolutionize (lol) football (not a single word about how he's failed miserably in Germany). Then they turned to Leicester and there was not a single word about Ranieri.
I wouldn't call guardiola' s stint in Germany a miserable failure. That would be not winning a single trophy. But in can imagine those "experts" creaming all over guardiola. I personally don't consider guardiola a bad coach but success can get in his head. "I am going to revolutionize football, take one of the best RB in the world and make him play as DM". That's when you need someone to tell you to take a step back and reconsider that idea.

That said, I think guardiola is not gonna face a big challenge in terms of competitions from other teams. If pellegrini can win the title and be a contender, then guardiola can certainly do the same.

The biggest issue here is if guardiola can motivate that bunch of mercenaries playing for city and make them follow his strict ideas and regimes.

For all the jizzing in England over Leicester, it's like all that money, all that talent, all that hype, all that "best management in the sport" has not been a colossal failure the past couple of seasons.

Good on Ranieri and the Foxes and all. But where's the deserved shame and blame for all the fat wallet clubs in the EPL?

No CL for MU again would be funny.
Both MU fans and Chelsea fans are funny.

MU fans are talking about luring Neymar while Chelsea fans are confident they're going to sign both Pogba and Morata now that the Allegri deal is supposedly sealed according to them.

I also saw a thread on the Chelsea forum where they were complaining about City spending more money

They look like two amateur teams. And Mata, what a lazy $#@!ing ass. I'd rather have 100 Hernanes than that lazy mofo.
it is really sad. Billions being paid to watch this. A group of kids in a park play better football.

Money laundering and racketeering at its best.

And scare away the "investors" and oil money? They are going to do everything they can to prevent this house cards of falling.

:agree:

Absolutely ridiculous that a team with the tiny transfer and wage budget that LC has could be winning the league this far in. People shouldn't be talking about league parity, but instead just how pathetic and disastrous the spending of ManCity, United, Chelsea, Liverpool has been.

Praising the parity of the league is clearly BS, but Leicester & our boy Ranieri surely deserve all the praise they can get too.

Arsenal deserve praise too to be fair. In a season in which Chelsea almost get relegated and Leicester tops the table, they finish third, like always.

Well it's not really good to market the bad things. Better to go with a romantic story then to shit the truth all over the league.

It doesnt have to be one or the other. I've seen many british pundits criticize the big teams for how poor they are. Having said that, Leicester is doing a great job regardless of the big teams' fall from grace. They are pulling off something impressive regardless of how poor the others are. Them doing well doesnt excuse the big teams' inconsistency and vice versa.
